ADHD ARTIST’S WAY

A gentle, creative nourishment journey for non-linear beings

ADHD Artist’s Way is a facilitated 12-week group experience for moving through Julia Cameron’s 12-week Artist’s Way structure with flexibility, support, and room for real life and changing energy.

We’ll use the book’s weekly themes and text as our shared path. I’ll guide the experience and offer ways to engage with flexibility, fun, and most of all, full permission to do absolutely everything your own way.

THIS IS CREATIVE NOURISHMENT FOR THE ODD ONES OUT

We’ll keep the heart of the book: reconnecting with creativity, making space for discovery, and remembering what brings you alive.

We’ll let go of the idea it needs to fit a preconceived path.

Instead, we’ll find our way together.

You don’t need to know what you want to make. You don’t even need to feel inspired before you begin. You can arrive curious, uncertain, tired, excited, or all of those at once! Truly, come as you are!

What we’ll do together

We’ll move through the book’s 12 weekly themes in a supportive group, with 12 Sunday gatherings. Each gathering will help you orient to the current theme, try a manageable creative invitation, and reflect or create alongside others.

You’ll also receive a short weekly voice note and an original prompt, with a small “start here” option and an invitation to explore further if you have more room.

The book’s practices are invitations, not prerequisites. You can adapt a practice, skip it, or find your own way into the week. I’ll guide you through the whole thing!

THERE IS A clear rhythm with DETOURS AVAILABLE and a restart button

Here’s the best news…you truly cannot get it wrong!! If you miss a day or haven’t finished the chapter, skip the backlog and come to the next meeting as you are. Every gathering will begin with a fresh orientation to the current week.

During meetings, you can speak, use the chat, listen, or pass. Cameras are optional. You’re welcome to move, fidget, or take a break. Optional co-writing sessions will offer body doubling and quiet company between gatherings.

You can begin, or begin again, wherever you are.

I’ll guide the experience from start to finish with a clear rhythm, prompts, creative time together, and a simple place to find the current week’s materials.

You won’t have to keep the whole program in your head or figure out how to adapt every practice on your own.

This may be for you if…

  • You’ve started The Artist’s Way before and want support to return to it

  • You want to engage with the book without turning it into another performance or measurement of your devotion

  • You’d like a predictable structure, with room to adapt it

  • You’re curious about your creativity, whether or not you have a specific project

  • You’d enjoy creating alongside others without pressure to share what you make

You don’t need to disclose a diagnosis or explain how you participate. The group offers several ways to engage, and you can choose what works for you.
